Drill Team performs at Pocono Motor Raceway
Gen. Norton A. Schwartz, chief of staff of the Air Force, gives a few words of wisdom before swearing in Delayed Enlistment Program members inside the Pocono Motor Raceway Aug. 2 in Pocono, Pa. The DEP is a reserved slot for individuals joining the military as an inactive reserve prior to their set departure date for basic military training.
