Drill Team performs in Nellis AFB community

BOLLING AIR FORCE BASE, D.C. --   The USAF Honor Guard Drill Team joined up with local members from AF Recruiting Service for performances at high schools in the Nellis AFB community. The Drill Team is at Nellis AFB for performances at the NASCAR Busch Series & Nextel Series races at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas, Nev., and arrived in time to visit Basic High School, Nev. and Canyon Springs High School, Nev.

Students from the six major AFJROTC units in Las Vegas were bussed to Canyon Springs for the performance and to talk to the members of the Drill Team about life as an Airman. The Drill Team will continue on their Desert Tour, visiting bases in New Mexico and Arizona throughout March.
